2015 College Football Rankings - Week 7

The instability of the 2015 season continued in week 7, as once again, Baylor jumped up to the top spot in our rankings, following Michigan's crazy last-second loss to Michigan State. Ohio State also made a jump up to the #2 spot after a convincing  blowout victory over (currently) #39 Penn State. Michigan's loss was just as damaging to Utah, which dropped to the #4 spot, despite beating (currently) #51 Arizona State 34-18 - the 16-point victory not quite being enough to qualify as a "blowout", at least as defined in our analysis algorithm.
