2021 College Football Rankings - Week 14

Only the Army-Navy game is left. That may affect a few teams in the final regular season rankings, but this is pretty close to how it's going to finish. First thoughts: It look like the playoff will have the right four teams - if you feel like the chosen teams should be based entirely on resume of games played (discounting things like conference championships even). Because our rankings don't take those things into account at all - just the scores of the games played analyzed in the most unbiased way possible, separate even from the names on the helmets or how teams did in past seasons.

It looks like the NY6 bowls will have the right teams as well. If you use our rankings instead of the CFP rankings but the same selection process - which includes conference championships - the same teams will probably get in (although perhaps in different bowls with different opponents). We'll see how that all shakes down after the final bowl selections are made public.
Here are the rankings as they stand (with one game left to go in the regular season):
And yes, that IS Cincinnati - the only undefeated team left - just barely ahead of Georgia for the #1 spot.
