Well, week 15 had one game, as usual - the traditional Army-Navy game. Navy came in ranked behind Army, but beat them 17-13. Upsets like this usually have the most impact on the rankings if a single game is going to impact the rankings. A lot of teams moved by a spot or two. And, of course, Army and Navy moved.
