1928 College Football Final Rankings

1928 - The Roaring 20's. USC was declared national champions under the Dickinson System. California and Georgia Tech played in the Rose Bowl. (Georgia Tech won by a single point - the difference in the game being a safety.) Our analysis agrees with the Dickinson System. USC had the best season.
